Paul Ventura: Running and Really Great Food
In this episode I take you along on two great runs I've done recently. The first is Sabino Canyon in Tucson, Arizona and the second is Treasure Island in Laguna Beach, CA.
These are two very different runs but both are outstanding and something you should put on your running bucket list!
